Why I Want To Be A Coach

Mental Performance Coach helping athletes find how to perform at their best on a more consistent basis and learn to use their mind as a weapon.

My Coaching Philosophy

My philosophy is relating to the athlete as a total person, not just as an athlete, and developing a relationship of trust and respect. I use an athlete-centered approach, helping them shift perspective as needed, while also teaching them the mental skills to perform at their best on a consistent basis and increase enjoyment in their sport.

My body. I have been an athlete all of my life, and as I get older I am so grateful that I can still train it to do so many cool things. Also, sometimes it is hard to control our mind with our mind, and the body has some wonderful tools to help us in those situations.
