I help athletes figure out what's going on in their head, cut through the noise, and release their inner tiger. I help them show up with courage and confidence when it matters most.

Why I Want To Be A Coach

Choking, under-performing, wilting in big moments; I want to help athletes do the opposite. I help them build a toolkit so they show up as their Greatest Self on the biggest day, the biggest stage of their life. I am one of the most highly certified coaches in Canada and I have coached hundreds of athletes from youth to Olympians.

My Coaching Philosophy

Sport is a series of storms and most of the storms are emotional. To handle these storms, athletes must know what to do with how they feel, otherwise their feelings and emotions overwhelm them. The storm is coming whether you want it to or not. Prepare for the storm.
