About Me

Mental performance coach helping athletes develop mental skills to become champions by providing them with the tools to improve their performance, balance the relationship training vs. rest, grow your potential and much more.

Why I Want To Be A Coach

I decided I wanted to work in the sports area since I was studying Psychology in Venezuela.

One of my professors supported the idea and gave me some advice and that’s when I decided to get a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology.

After getting my Master’s degree, I started working with track and field athletes and I loved it! I did some research work and papers about it. I also started working with athletes of other sports disciplines.

Some time later I had the opportunity of going to the London 2012 Olympic games as the Venezuelan’s delegations Sports Psychologist.

Nowadays I work in the US as a Mental Skills Coach with athletes of several disciplines such as baseball, tennis, boxing, soccer, taekwondo, etc.
