About Me
I am a Mental Performance Coach helping athletes build their mental game to maximize their performance and overcome challenges in sport.
Why I Want To Be A Coach
I chose to be a mental performance coach because of my passion for sports and desire to help people. I understand the impact a strong mental game can have on an athlete and I want to be able to help foster that to see them succeed. I have earned my Masters Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport and Performance Psychology from California State University, Fullerton. I have experience working with D-1 collegiate level track and field athletes, in addition to the ability to apply mental performance to other traditional sports such as basketball, volleyball, baseball, and tennis.
My Coaching Philosophy
I always make sure to develop trust and rapport with athletes I work with. I want to provide a supportive environment and nonjudgmental space for the athlete to feel heard and understood.
