About Me

The most important thing is the person during any transition process. Providing the framework for strategies and leveraging resources and support we can place attention on the holistic identity!

Why I Want To Be A Coach

Although not a mental performance coach, I focus on research supported process to assist athletes in transitioning away from sports. The fact that the transition is not a singular event, but an ongoing process points to a need to have a coach during this time. Preparing you and equipping the athlete to optimize their life after sports has been a focus of mine while conducting my doctoral research and to this day.

My Coaching Philosophy

Level 10 Philosophy – Some days you’ll feel like a Level 6 and you have to get to Level 10.

There are two primary choices in life; to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.

I think you have to have an enthusiasm for life. You have to have a dream, a goal. And you have to be willing to work for it.
