About Me
My goals as a Mental Performance Coach are to help athletes build their confidence, learn to cope with the demands of training, be able to peak under pressure, and be able to handle any struggles or adversity they may face. In addition, I want to provide athletes with the mental skills that can benefit them the most within their sport and allow them to become as mentally strong as possible.
Why I Want To Be A Coach
From the time I was very young, athletics have always played a central role in my life. In my personal experiences as a 3 sport athlete, I developed a strong interest in the mental side of the game and how large of an impact it can have on an individuals athletic journey. After pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Human Development from the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay, I chose to continue my education and follow my passion by earning my Master’s in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. As a Mental Performance Coach, I hope to be a driving force in addressing the need for mental skills training in athletes of all ages and levels of play.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe that developing an athlete’s mental game is just as important as the physical game. Within my role, I want to empower my athlete’s to be more confident, be able to peak under pressure, and be able to handle any struggles or adversity they may face as this will get them through their time as an athlete and through the game of life.
I Best Describe My Coaching Style As…
Empowering – I believe the that the most important belief that an athlete can have of themselves is that they are capable of being whoever they want to be. I strive to have all athletes believe they can achieve great things with the right mindset and approach towards adversity.

What I Look For In The Athletes I Coach
I am looking for athletes who are motivated, open-minded, committed, and respectful. I also want athletes who genuinely want to improve for themselves and are not just going through the motions because others in their life want them too.
