Her approach is athlete-centered in the hopes to develop a more well-rounded and confident athlete and individual.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe that developing one’s mental game and learning to think productively is one of the most empowering things an athlete can experience. My approach is athlete-centered; supporting each athlete’s unique mental challenges at their own pace and maximizing their mental edge and performance improvement while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

I Best Describe My Coaching Style As…

Holistic. You are not just an athlete – you are human. As humans, we each have a unique life experience that affects us in different, novel ways. To me, it is important to look at and appreciate each component of one’s identity, in addition to being an athlete, when strengthening your mental game.

What I Look For In The Athletes I Coach

An athlete who is able to take feedback and follow through on feedback from session to session. I really would like to work with athletes who genuinely want to improve, not just because their parents told them to see me.
