About Me

I am a leadership, resiliency, and mental skills coach, focused on helping others discover their best self. I do this by coaching with passion and purpose, focused on helping my clients achieve their goals and dreams!

Why I Want To Be A Coach

Throughout my military and business career, I have led high performing teams and did this through building relationships, cultivating team chemistry, and focusing on developing people to help lead them to their best self. I decided to become a mental performance coach to help others by drawing on my leadership development, mindset focus, and resiliency training background. I am particularly interested in baseball player development and providing players with a “Sixth” tool, mindset. I partner with players to develop a resilient mindset, and set goals that enable them to focus on the field. I have coached athletes both individually, and in group sessions.
