About Me

Mental performance coach with 6 years of experience working in Minor League baseball. I support athletes in a daily basis to achieve their dreams. I help them understand and normalize failure to have better results on and off the field.

Why I Want To Be A Coach

I am originally from Venezuela, country where baseball is the biggest sport there is. Grew up playing the game since a little kid and played until around 19 years old. In my playing days never had the opportunity to have somebody to help me in the process. Also, as a young adult I always enjoyed listening to people and providing any support I could to my experience and knowledge. I got to really like Psychology but never got to school for it. Later I decided to follow my passion to work in sports and went back to school to get my undergraduate in Sports Management and it was there where I knew about Sport Psychology as a field and since then I have not looked back. I am entering my 6th season as a full time Mental Performance coach for a MLB organization and 11th year in professional baseball. My experience working with hundreds of athletes every year has given me a wide knowledge of their needs to be the best they can playing the game without thoughts or feeling getting in the way.
